Enjoy the comfort of solid red oak floors, eat in kitchen/dining area. Open floor plan to enjoy friends and family throughout. Enjoy the chilly nights with the gas fireplace. Guest bedroom and bathroom with laundry on main floor. Upstairs offers master bedroom and bathroom suite. Additional large loft area for so many possibilities. Basement offers another full bedrooms and bathroom, extra living space for game room/entertaining/gym room, etc..also includes a custom-built walk-in storage room. Enjoy the views from every floor. Take in the stars from the privacy of the large hot tub, 10’ wide wrap-around, fully covered deck. Take a walk on a mile trail through the woods, or grow your own vegetables from the fenced garden area, or roast marshmallows at the fire ring.

All properties are subject to our booking agreement terms. No unauthorized parties, underage drinking and/or controlled substances of any kind will be permitted. No refunds will be issued if you are asked to leave.

Occupancy rates are based on up to 4 persons.

EXTRA PERSONS: $10.00 per person / per night 

MINIMUM: 2 night stay

HOLIDAYS REQUIRE: 3 Night Minimum or more.

Pets are NOT ALLOWED FOR ANY REASON AT THIS RENTAL Extra charges will apply for additional cleaning if a pet is brought to the home.

No Smoking in the house, smoking is permitted outside and on the porch. Please use ashtrays provided.
